I would appreciate that {composer: composer1 | composer2} creates two entries "composer1" and "composer2" in Composers. Currently it creates just one entry "composer1 | composer2".

Background: for analyzing European copyrights it is required to know the year of death of every copyright owner. This is why it helps to have separate entries in "Composers"

This is the best approach, since it will always work. Using separators is prone to errors and may yield different results in different implementations.
