Hi, 

I am using the paid MS on multiple android devices.
Recently i noticed the app was not updated on Samsung S9 tablet with Android 14 ( I think last update was probably in October).
I tried multiple steps to fix it.
The last step was that I un-installed the application hoping to install it again.
Unfortunately - it is not possible to install the application any more.
The google play downloads the installation, starts the install process, but finishes with not installed status without any meaningful message.
Other applications at google play work without any problem (the installation/updating).
I already followed many recommendations from web without a result.

Do you have any idea what could be the problem and/or do you have any suggestions how to fix it?
