Hello, I am a new member and have just purchased the MobileSheets for iPad app. However, having gone through payment, the app will not download and the circular symbol is in perpetual greyed out motion. Has anyone else experienced this? It is a new iPad purchased last week with the latest version 18 iOS software (not the new one 18.2.1 which is downloading tonight - sorry, the iPad only tells me what is about to be downloaded, not what it actually is!). I have sent an online form to the support team and awaiting a response but I appreciate that may take 48 hours and someone here may be able to answer. Thank you
Update: following helpful advice, I went ahead and updated the iOS software and this solved the problem.

Looking at other posts online about this, one potential solution is to update the operating system on the device which solved the problem for some users. Other users had to just reboot their device or wait a while, and then the app installed without any issue. One user here
https://www.reddit.com/r/iphone/comments...trying_to/, said they had to go to Settings->General_>Reset->Reset all settings to fix the issue. The last user in that same thread said they just had to update iOS and the problem was resolved. So it seems to me like the simplest solution is to go into the settings on the iPad and see if you can update to the latest iOS version to see if that fixes it. If it does not, then resetting the settings may help. This is unfortunately an issue with the Apple App Store itself, so I don't have any control over it and there is very little I can do to help other than just provide suggestions.
One user here
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/591...ortBy=rank said they just disabled automatic updates, then force closed the app store and that somehow helped.

They disabled automatic updates which seemed to help. Another user changed the language on their device to English (UK) which triggered things to work. So unfortunately you may just have to try different things while looking for a solution.
