Hello, 

I bought a license with Google Play. 
That was to test and transfer to my daughter tablet. 
The problem is that my Google account is diferent from my daughter Google account  and I can not install the app without paying again.
How can I move the license from my phone to the tablet?

You cannot move a purchase between accounts. You have two options:

1) Use Google Play Family Library to link your accounts

2) Contact me at support@zubersoft.com and I can cancel your order and you can place it under your daughter's account. Since you emailed me, we can continue this conversion in the email.
