Is it possible to filter the selections in the library using Boolean criteria such as “NOT blank” or AND/OR?

At the moment, no, but that's something I'm considering adding in the future. I'll probably explore supporting a more advanced syntax for power users while entering a search term in the text box, as well as having AND/OR toggles on the dialogs used when picking groups.
