I am connecting to the companion to back up my library. It gets all the way done, all the way to Transfer Progress 100%, and my tablet says "Backup completed successfully". The companion comes up with "The backup has failed. There may be problems with the tablet backing up the files or a connectivity problem." It it hasn't saved the backup at all.
I thought originally it was my computer as it was pretty old and running slow. I got a new laptop for Christmas and finally got around to backing up my library. This situation happened on both computers. Companion app and MSPro app are all up to date. Both computers are running Windows 11.
Any suggestions?
