Hi. I cannot get my scroll speed of the pages to slow down no matter what setting I have It on. its speeds through the pages and does a complete song in about one second. I've tried. I've tried all of the speed slowest, slower. Nothing seems to work and at the end of the song it just keeps bringing up a sign song over. Could somebody help please? I'm using Windows 11. and a wired foot pedal which has always worked. Thank you.

Hi. I would like some help please. I cannot change the scrolling speed no matter. what setting I put it on, it scrolls through a song in about one second, then puts of a sign saying song ended up. changed all the settings. Cannot change scrolling speeds on pages ,whatever setting i use no change in speed,used to work fine not used it for long time came back to it today not working correctly.any help much appreciated ,thanks ,

It sounds like something is triggering page turns or pedal actions over and over. The automatic scrolling would not display a popup mentioning the end of the song. That only happens with a page turn or pedal action that would result in a page turn. So your pedal (or something else) is triggering page turns or pedal actions over and over, resulting in the entire song being scrolled quickly. Please share a screenshot of your scroll settings and pedal actions under Settings->Touch & Pedal Settings->Pedal Actions.  You can attach it to a post here or send it to mike@zubersoft.com. It would also help to know what key command your pedal sends when pressed, and if you bring up an application like notepad and press the pedal, whether it's sending the same key over and over or just once.
