When I am performing with mobilesheets pro for no reason the lyrics screen will change to a blank sheet with a blue line at the bottom, and what looks like a keyboard logo in the centre. How do I stop this, please? Thanks in anticipation.

What type of tablet or device are you using? That doesn't look like a standard Android thing - it may be specific to that device or brand. That's certainly not a part of MobileSheets at all - that's part of the operating system.

Thanks, Mike, for your reply. I'm using a Kindle Fire, and I don't know if they've changed something as it's only recently started happening, and only happens with mobilesheets (and always in the middle of a performance, never when loading songs!!). Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Dave.

If you tap that little keyboard icon, does it bring up the virtual keyboard? I need to understand exactly what that icon does. If so, go to your main tablet settings, and see if you can find the keyboard settings and see if there is anything you can turn off. Also try turning bluetooth off entirely to see if that has any impact on the problem.

It looks like Alexa is trying to listen or respond to something. I'd see if there's a way to disable that.
