Recently I've had several pieces suddenly dissappear from my library, with the error "does not exist"

I havn't accessed these pieces in a while, but I know they have been backed up in previous backups.

Problem is the backups are 3+gb so I cannot upload them to the cloud to be synced.

Should i do a "restore library from backup" from companion? Will this remove the new additions added after the backup?

Ok so I answered my own question. I did the following

1) Make a most recent backup
2) restore previous backup (and loose all new pieces/annotations etc since)
3) restore latest backup.

Abit clunky but all good for now.

Were you editing/annotating?
I have had several CHO files disappear when I tried editing them.
Any chance this was on an iPad after using the library on Windows? That file path looks like Windows.
