When I create a setlist and click on it, the songs in the setlist appear in a list, in the correct order. 

When I click load all, the first song comes up. But when I click on the screen to move to the next songs, they are in the wrong order, but also songs that are not in the setlist appear.

This is not solved by clicking on any of the individual songs instead of load all. It always brings up the correct song that I click on, but once I try to click through the set list it is random. 

The sort settings are set to manual and ascending.

This seems like a bug, can anyone help?

It means you've most likely added multiple files to a single song on accident. Go to the Setlists tab, tap the setlist, long press the first song in the setlist to select it, tap "Edit Song" at the top of the screen, go to the Files tab and you'll probably see multiple files listed. You must remove all of the files except for the first.
