It could be really usefull to have a propagation option in the MIDI command windows, with option to insert at firt, if no option selected, the command is added at last position...
It could be a selected option or an action buton, both are usefull.

I'm not sure what you mean by "propogation" in this case. What are you wanting to propogate, and to where? Are you saying you want it to be inserted into every song in the entire library? Also, it's incredibly easy to just move a command after it's added, so I'm not sure I really see the value in adding a position setting that will just clutter up the dialog, which is more of a problem on smaller screens.

If you look at the picture I posted, you cans see it is about one command.
For som of them, it is werry usefull to garanty all songs have it...

In this example, MIDI Stop is a command I place in position 1 in every songs. (See picture please)

When the clock synchronisation, ot the CC command to set tempo will exist, user could decide to place the same command for every songs...
Of course, it is not carrefull to propagate all the MIDI bloc of a song, it is too risky...
