I am a new user. I have a Windows 11 PC that houses my sheet music and will be the hub. I have ordered an Android tablet for music display (only). I will only be doing one-way from PC to Android. At this point I have set this up using OneDrive. I understand the Android table will work with OneDrive, but wonder based on other user's experiences if Google Drive is the better option for syncing file. At this point I was planning to start with OneDrive.

I use both., plus Dropbox. There is no difference from the perspective of Mobile Sheets. Use whatever is easier for you to manage on multiple platforms. FWIW, I'm in several bands, and they tend to use Google drive more frequently than OneDrive for sharing charts.
