No i'm not sure for translation ! The goal is this: During rehearsals, it's common to make an annotation to a score. It could be a different chord, or something else.
We then make a manual note on the score in question. Back home, it's customary to correct the score properly and re-enter it without notes for the instruments in question. It's sometimes difficult to remember which music sheet you made a change without 24 hours later...
If we could have a "*," for example, on the pieces with a manual note on the setlist, that would be really cool, it cool be a color change or other
If the note (anotation ?) is deleted, there's nothing. (Like an archive flag, for example.)
1) Display the Recent tab and select all songs that you looked at during the session (they are at the top)
2) three dots and create setlist (or collection) from selected songs
3) open the setlist/collection
4) sort it by time modified
The changed songs will be at the top or bottom depending on whether you used an ascending or decsending sort
Delete the setlist/collection once all songs have been updated

yes, of course. I daren't say it is a geek's solution
Thanks for the idea but, in a setlist, a song can have 3 to 5 sheets (pdf), Hope Mike fing a solution for this difficulty.
I have the same "problem". What I do, when arriving home after a gig is simply clicking on the songs tab a and then, sort by date modified.
Your modified songs will be at the top of the list.
Another easy workaround would be to add the songs you modify to a custom collection ("ex, "Modified songs"), so you can easily find them later.

Your solution not really works :
1) You have anotated files (sheets) and they appear as you said, in first position by modification date.
2) You proceed to the definitve modification, but the sheets stay in first position (because modification date)
3) Wordst : you proceed to fix another, and it move up, after 3 sheets you are lost...
A field "Contain annotation" avoid this, after correction, if you remove annotations, the field is reseted.
Another solution could be a counter of annotations. When the counter is 0, it is like a reset.
Of course, from experience, I suggest opening the "edit" process to refresh the counter, or live, because sometimes the counter could be out of step
Put your modified songs in a setlist (as previously described)
sort the setlist alphabetically
update songs (starting top song down)
If you can't do all the songs in one go, remove those you have done from the setlist
Delete setlist when all updated.
I'm not sure we're always using the same terms because there is a difference between notes, annotations and "modifying the PDF with the MS Editor" (I interpret as writing changes to the pdf).
Regarding annotations and notes there have been requests to have icons similar to that when a song has audio and as I remember Mike is going to address that.
Otherwise the way Geoff describes is exactly the way to go to keep track with changed songs to come back to them later and control/edit them more (regardless of kind of change or if there are icons). And don't say again that's "too geeky". That's basic usage of MS capabilities.
I do still want to add an icon to show if a song has annotations, but I plan to make it optional I believe, as not every user may want that additional clutter on the library screen.

My hope is verry verry verry simple :
If a had to WRITE manually (with MS editor) someting on a sheet, I would like to have a filter to found it easily. The rest is blalba, sorry but ...
I know theyre is lot of "fan's" arguments, but I'm only a user, with somme needs...
