Is there an easy way to print or export a list of all the songs? The only way I have found to do this is from Collections, and select all the Collections (one at a time) and then 'Generate Song List' from that. But, that list is grouped and sorted by Collection. Is there a better way?

Create a new setlist, tap the two arrow icon to add all songs to the Setlists, go back to the Setlists tab, long press the new setlist, tap the three dots at the top right and select "Generate Song List". That should get you what you need.
