I need more information - is this with a text or ChordPro file? Or are you using a PDF?

ChordPro supports markup to control appearance of text and chords. I'm not sure if MobileSheets is already supporting markup in chords, but in that case you could write
Code: [<span color="blue">F#7</span>]

Yes, I do support markup in chords. So what Johan recommended will work with ChordPro files. If that is a text file, then you have no options for overriding the styling in that way. There are online converters that will convert a text file with chords over lyrics into the equivalent ChordPro file, so you can consider trying that out if you want access to this level of control.
