I have a couple of hundred scores on my hard drive. Will MobileSheets recognize each song within a score or do I have to go through the scores one at a time and deal with each song?

Unfortunately, MobileSheets does not currently have any way of automatically knowing how to break up large PDFs into smaller scores. Users have requested new features for MobileSheetsPro such as being able to process index files (in various formats), read PDF bookmarks and split songs up by those, or use the PDF table of contents. I am going to add these capabilities over time, but for now, you will have to break them up either inside MobileSheets, or using external programs. You will always get the biggest bang for your buck if you can split up large PDFs into much smaller ones that can be imported individually (faster load times).
