I am looking at buying a Galaxy Tab A. It has Marshmallow 6.0 and I need to know if it's compatible with MSP.

I doubt you will have any compatibility issues.
I could be wrong, it happened once before.

Yes, MS Pro is fully compatible with Android 6.0. Recent changes ensure that I properly request permissions and such, so you shouldn't run into any problems.
