I submitted version 1.6.9 to the Microsoft store earlier today, so it should be available sometime in the next couple days. The changes are as follows:

• Fixed issues with annotations being misplaced when zooming is used.
  
• Fixed rendering issues with annotations and cropping when using the speed render preference
  
• Fixed various issues with zooming
  
• Fixed error that made it impossible to set half page turn positions
  
• Right-click with a mouse now toggles the overlay
  
• The clear library option will no longer delete folders if they still contain files in them
  
• Added missing Italian translations
  
• Fixed crash with the apply to button on the scale settings dialog
  
• Improved synchronization between the audial and visual output of the metronome
