MSP has added a line break because the text did not fit on one line. In the second line some text is missing: "Georgia" should be underneath the D7 chord "Brown" is missing. See screenshots
That could be the same effect that I reported before: sometimes after a page break a line on the second page is missing. This is still happening every now and then, but I don't have an example at hand in the moment.
