I have an RCA MavenPro tablet that I use for MSP. Will a USB page turner button such as Bilipro work with this setup?

I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work. If that tablet doesn't have a dedicated USB port (and only has a micro-USB input like most tablets) you will need a Micro USB OTG adapter.
