I have adjusted the Library Text Size to be slightly bigger (20 pts), but it only seems to make a difference on the Songs and Recent tab.  Is there a separate option to increase the size of the text on the other tabs (like Collections).

I am using a Huawei Matebook at 150% scaling.

There is a bug where changing the library size won't take effect until the lists are refreshed. If you perform any action that refreshes the list of a tab, or you restart the app, the change should take effect. I have a fix in place for this bug now.
