Fit Screen landscape (Windows and Android)

I don't manage to use 'fit screen' when I'm in landscape on my PC.
I would like to see the full page but it doesn't.
The only way I've found is to set "allow zoom past 100%" and resize myself but I would like to have this as default.
Can I do that?

Ok found I had to unset "half page in landscape".
