I'm using MobileSheets on an Asus 302CA Chromebook in tablet mode with a Bluetooth mouse in place of a footpedal. My problem is that as soon as the mouse is connected, the tablet switches from portrait to landscape mode. I can override that by applying a rotation in the Android System Preferences, but doing that every time I use MobileSheets is a hassle. Could the 'use mouse as pedal' setting in MobileSheets override this behaviour and make the Chromebook stay in portrait mode?

There is already a setting for that. Go to Settings->Display Settings->Device Orientation Lock. If that orientation lock setting does not work, then there is nothing I can do. That is the extent of the control my app has over the device orientation.

Thanks Mike, I have that option set and it doesn't solve the problem. The only thing that does is to set the screen orientation to 'Manual, rotated 270 degrees', and that is a hassle to apply and remove for each session.
