A friend and I both use Mobilesheets pro. We have all of our files saved in .txt format in moblesheets. We have sync'd our tablets to share songs that way but we were wondering how to save a txt file from mobilesheets to a thumbdrive to send in an email.

If you long press your song and select Share->Export files, you should be able to select the thumbdrive through the file browser as the destination. If you tap the SD card icon at the top, it will display all external storage that is detected. If the thumbdrive is detected, it will show up as an option. Otherwise you'd have to figure out what the path to it is.
