Hallo everybody,

This issue concerns my smartphone "Samsung Galaxy S7".
When searching for a song, using the search field I can only enter numbers and cannot find out how to change to characters.
The language is set to english.

I attached a screenshot to be able to see what I mean.

Go to settings -> more settings -> and turn "Show number Keyboard First" off.

McAroni is correct - that is the setting you need to change. For clarity, it's Settings->Other Settings->Show Number Keyboard First.
