I'm looking for user suggestions on the most popular choices for the use of the Custom Group.

First, am I correct that there's only one? Or may I create more?

Second, my first inclination is to use it for Lyricist, which I have separated in the dataset I'll be using to populate MobileSheets. Is there any reason I should consider instead lumping Lyricists and Composers in the existing Composers field? I'd like to be able to search on the Lyricist.

Thanks! Complete newbie here wanting to get good ideas before I import 1,000s of songs.

Same here. I've used it for Lyricist, too. More custom groups have been requested for some time now. Mike will get to it some time.
I don't like lumping lyricists and composers under composer. Also I'd like to have one another custom group for arrangers (big band sheets).

Yes, it's definitely high on the priority list, so I'll get to it after the iOS version is released.
