I have installed MobileSheets on my Laptop and now want to also have it on my Tablet. Do I have to purchase a second copy of MobileSheets?

Did you buy it in the windows store and is the tablet a Windows tablet?

If yes, you should be able to sign into windows store under the same account as the laptop and download for free.  If the tablet is Android then you have to purchase another license on Google Play.
