When I click on manual I can download a pdf version. Is it possible to get a docx version?

Can you explain a little bit more about why you need a docx version of the manual? I do have a docx version of the manual, as that is what I produce the PDF from, but I'm not really sure I want to distribute the original docx file.

You should be careful with docx because of possible threats! If you want to use the text itself, you can copy it and paste it into the Windows notepad. Of course all formatting is lost, but that's an advantage.

To keep formatting, you can paste it in Word directly, but it's not one-to-one.
