Hi Mike, 
did you ever considered renaming "Master/Slave"?

Being outside US I always considered these as only technical terms but I was thinking creating a tutorial and I'm not sure if it would be kosher to use master/slave in these days in US (where it matters).
I believe "Master" is still valid? Or will they strip me of my Master degree too?
Any ideas how to rename slave?
Follower?

Others renamed it to:
parent/child,
leader/follower,
primary/replica,
primary/secondary,
main/node.

I have already renamed them in the latest beta version. It is now follower/leader. I just haven't released those updates yet to everyone.
