I have several charts that were scanned as a double page (11x17). When i import these charts, they render the double page on the screen. I would like to display the left half as page one and the right half as page two. Possible??

This is going to be difficult with the way MobileSheets currently works, but the next update will make this very easy. In the next update, MobileSheets will support arbitrary page ordering, so you could just put "1, 1" to show the first page twice, and then crop each "page" separately so that when it shows page 1 the first time, it shows only the left half, but when you turn the page and it shows page one again, it is cropped to only show the right page. Let me know if that didn't make sense...
