Can you adjust the power saving settings?
I don't have this device but I know that a windows desktop can have device issues when power saving kicks in.
Note: on a desktop, you can also disable power saving on specific devices
When performing tests, it might be a good idea to set power saving times to very low numbers e.g. 1 minute; this will save hanging around !
