Mike,

I noticed now that any piece with crescendo/diminuendo symbols has them somehow expanded vertically. I couldn't figure out what were those "lines" but going to the layers window I can see now what they are.
Not sure when that happened.  I checked a backup from a few days ago and everything is fine.
Symbols maintain the origin and length correctly but the height has gone wild.
I'll  PM you a sample in msf format.
I'm having a day full of surprises ...

Quite different actually McAroni.  Yours seemed to be a refresh problem.  Mine are actual symbols scaled in one direction.
