Since MIDI files are so much smaller and so much more flexible than sound files I was wondering if there are plans to be able to play a midi file within mobile sheets?
This could be particularly useful if you wanted to play to a drum track or a Baseline and either sing or play piano on top of that backing track.
Even more useful could be to be able to play separate tracks through some control. I play both piano and sing and am now working to combine the two (possibly with an underlying backing track).
When I would just play piano, I used Mobile Sheets, but when I sang I used Roni Music's Sweet Midi Player. I haven't found a nice way to integrate those two needs short of using a full DAW and hauling a laptop around, which defeats the purpose of these useful but very lightweight tools optimized for live performance.
