If it's been done, I couldn't find this in the forum:
I'm trying to avoid cluttering up my forScore "All Scores" list with tons of duplicates, and unable to distinguish between which edition origin.
I figured a solution would be to have a *partial* list, i.e. edited CSV for the 5th, that only includes the charts missing from the 6th. As I understand it, most C. Porter & Gershwin songs are missing for example.
Has someone shared such an edited CSV already for the 5th edition?
If not, does anyone have a list of the particular 5th edition charts that are missing from the 6th?

If you can't get what you want, an alternative approach is to have duplicates but put each edition into it's own collection; this would allow you to filter on the collection name (it also allows you to select/delete all songs so that the file can be reimported with an updated .csv file)

Or use one of the other fields to specify the edition e.g. Sources.
Modify the display of the song name so that it also shows this field (filtering would then be by eyeball - unless you combine the two techniques)

CSV import into MobileSheets starts with a song selection dialog. You can manually select just the songs you want here.
It's a good idea to mark all songs of a book so that you can easily set a filter. I include an "albums" column with the book title into my csv files.

If you prefer editing the CSV files you can find CSV files for both Realbook 5th and 6th edition in the forum. Opening them in e.g. LibreOffice Calc allows comparing and manipulating the files as you like.

I edited the CSV for the 5 edition and removed duplicates myself.
Took a moment, but works well now in forScore (required a "+1" page offset).
