Hello, I'm trying to copy annotations and paste them to another section of a chart, but it's not pasting. When i tried to cut the annotation, it is removed from the area, but again will not paste.

In order to paste the annotation, you need have the selection tool active, then long press on the page and then you can tap the "Paste" option from the popup that is displayed. If this is not working, can you please confirm that you have the selection tool active?

I believe it's active. It's highlighted after using the snipping tool

I'm not seeing any issues with copying and pasting annotations, so I'm going to need more information:
1) Is this happening with every annotation you are testing? If you just add a new freeform annotation, select it, tap copy, long press and select paste, is that not working for you?
2) Are the annotations in question embedded PDF annotations?
3) Do you have stylus mode enabled? Are you using a stylus at all?
