I would like to be able to highlight several lines of text on a page, but after highlighting just one the mark disappears. I understand that it has something to do with groups, but I want the highlight marks to stay visible permanently. I even tried saving after each mark, but I'm obviously missing a step. Can anyone help? I'm assuming this effects all annotations.

This is unfortunately a bug that was introduced with v4.1.0. I'm working on putting another update together, I'm just strapped for time as I'm currently on business travel.
