Unable to Install on Windows 11: App Installer failed

Hello,

I purchased a license, and I am trying to install on a Windows 11 laptop.  The app will not install and displays the following error:

"App Installer failed to install package dependencies. Ask the developer for  package."  Dodgy

Please advise.
