I have a paid for version of Mobilesheets Pro for Windows.
I am trying to load it onto a Windows10 tablet.
I can find it in MS Store and get a message saying I own this app.
There is an Install button, but when I press that nothing happena?
Not sure what to do now?

Gerry,
Have you rebooted your device? This can often help when the Store app is having issues. If you've already done that and there is no change, if you go to "Add or remove programs", does MobileSheets show up in the list? If not, when you press the install button, does the circle start spinning or does literally nothing happen? If you go to "About your PC" in Windows 10, what version are you currently running?

1. Yes rebooted twice, no change
2. Fully charged it overnight, tried again no change.
3.App does not show in the list. The install button is an oblong, when I click on it, there is a black border to it, but no circle spinning. I left it for ages but just nothing happened.
4. To be clear this is a tablet running on Windows 10 Home version dates to 2019. The update page shows 'Your version of Windows has reached the end of service'. I have tried latest updates but they keep failing.
5. Not suitable for Windows 11.
I suspect the tablet is just too old, so I will give up. It was only to be used as an emergency spare, thanks for the advice.

I have the exact same issue.
It wont load from teh Google or Microsoft store.
