Hello Mike et al,

I have 2 libraries - Default and Christmas. Both libraries have been working for months now both ways (Android <--> Genos 2).
 
Sudden change: 
    Christmas library only works 1 way, from Android to Genos, pull up a sheet sets the Genos up. Pull up a registration does nothing. 
    Importantly I can't set up any midi/smart button links as this library does not receive any commands from the Genos. 
    Default library still works both ways, so this seems to be a library thing relating to Christmas (which only has about 50 sheets in it) 
         i.e. not the USB cable or Genos setup. 
         
    All registrations files are stored in the same directory
    I checked settings across both and they seem to be the same (so maybe shared?) Restarted Android and Genos.

What can I check/debug please?

USB Cable, Midi Send Ch 1, Midi Rec Ch 1 Allow multiple midi channels is ticked, Midi Device Genos etc, Midi Library Default, Connection Type USB, No midi actions set up

I have one new piece in my library, sourced from IMSLP, that whenever I go into "rearrange pages" the app crashes. I get a little pop-up saying something like "Mobile Sheets has closed due to a bug." First it said to clear the cache then reopen, which I did. But it still happened. I also deleted then re-downloaded the file. Still happens.

I have not had issues with any other file, and the piece seems to work properly otherwise. I just can't rearrange the pages.

I have a question concerning the small window which pops up after placing a stamp or the text box to precisely move it around.

I closed this small pop up window and now I can't find the menu or submenu where I can re-enable it.

I can't be the only one ?

Mobilesheets Companion will not connect to my tablet.  I have version 3.2 and it says it needs to be 4.0.  It has updated automatically in the past but evidently no longer.  When I click Check for Updates nothing happens.  How to correct?

I had switched to two page. Now I want to go back to one page view. I tap on the middle of the song and nothing happens. How do I switch  back and forth? Thanks.

I have done this in the past with no problem, but this used Samsung tab 6 lite with Android 13 just doesn't let me change the database location to the SD card.

I tried to find a solution from a Google search but nothing seems to match the option in the settings menu.

Any help will be appreciated,

Hi Mike, I'm having an issue with some lines being missed when using a repeat chorus, most of it gets inserted but the last couple of lines are missing. I've attached the screenshot and source chordpro file.

I've noticed since the Companion App on Windows received a significant UI overhaul this earlier this year that some functionality has been taken away in my experience.

I can no longer click and drag multiple songs when editing a manual order setlist. I have tried holding shift and clicking the group of highlighted songs in the list, yet it still moves just the one song that was under the cursor. 

This is a big con for me when using companion to efficiently modify my setlist orders. 

Also, the dark mode that came with the same big update was a welcome change, but the line color that indicates where the song you are dragging is going to land, i.e. before or after an entry in the list is a dark line against a now dark background. That line needs to be inverted to white for better visibility.

These two things are my only major gripe! Hopefully this post can get some answers.

In mobile sheets I want to use a stylus pen. The pen is comparable. When I check the box in settings "stylus mode" I can use the stylus, for clicking and moving, but it isn't possible to draw or make annotations. When unchecking the same box, it is possible to draw etc.

What can I do to make it work?

In the first part of this thread I explain in detail how I use MobilSheets. In the last part I describe what I think is a bug in loading a full album on Connected tablets.

I have been using MobileSheets for many years, first on a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 in portrait mode.
A few months after the warranty period expired, the motherboard broke and I bought a new tablet, a Lenovo Yoga tablet 2 Pro 13.3. For this tablet I found no tablet holder and used a standard music stand with the tablet in landscape mode. I did have to rewrite my scores: where in portrait mode there were 5 bars on a staff, for example, this became 10 bars in landscape. To change pages I used a bluetooth page turner. The Yoga tablet is outdated (still on Android version 4.4.2) and therefore cannot work with face gesture. Working with 2 pages on the display is also very difficult; the pages are too small.
I bought 2 new identical tablets Lenovo Tab M11 (so 11 inch size) with Android 14 and MobileSheets 3.9.7.
I had hoped that I could replace the bluetooth page turner with face gesture but for the time being I find this too unreliable (often false triggers but maybe I still have to search for the right settings).
I use the tablets next to each other in portrait mode (I have rewritten the newer scores) on one custom tablet holder.
The first tablet is called "Aaa" and is the master, the second is called "Bbb" and is the slave.
The library of "Aaa" is maintained via the backup/restore function of the MobileSheets Companion and "Bbb" is made identical via the "Sync Library" function. Via wifi that works perfectly, via bluetooth it sometimes works, sometimes not (message "no connection"). I suspect that the latter is caused by the different uses of Bluetooth at the same time: in addition to the "Sync Library", the page turner is also linked to "Aaa" and the "Connect Tablets" function is active.
The "Connect Tablets" function is in "Book mode".
When I select a score on "Aaa" in the "Piece" tab, the first page appears on "Aaa" and the second page of that score on "Bbb". And when I select a next page via the page turner, page 2 appears on "Aaa" and page 3 on "Bbb". So that is perfect.
When I select a setlist on "Aaa" in the "Setlists" tab, I see the different scores that are part of that setlist. And when I select one of those scores, the first page appears on "Aaa" and the second page of that score on "Bbb": also perfect.
And when I choose "Load All" instead of 1 score, the first page of the first score appears on "Aaa" and the second page on "Bbb". Via the page turner I can then browse through all the scores of this setlist on both tablets. When a score only has 1 page, that page appears on "Aaa" and tablet "Bbb" is black. If the next score has multiple pages, page 1 appears on "Aaa" and page 2 on "Bbb": still perfect.

When I select an album on "Aaa" at the "Albums" tab, I see the different scores that are part of that album. And when I choose one of those scores, the first page appears on "Aaa" and the second page of that score appears on "Bbb": also perfect.
But when I choose the "Load All" function instead of 1 score, the first page of the first score appears on "Aaa", but on "Bbb" the message "No setlist found with name "<name of the album>" appears, although the album on "Bbb" does indeed exist!
