Multi-monitor portrait mode support
#1
I am using your App on my Windows PC with two monitors placed in portrait mode, and I'd like to show one page per monitor. As far as I can tell, MobileSheets does not support dual monitors for full screen display (meaning display two pages, one on each monitor, full screen page on each monitor). My workaround is to spread the unmaximized App across the two screens and select a two-page horizontal display mode. This works unless there is only one page in the piece, because then the page is "centered" which splits the page down the middle between the two screens.

Primary request: Can you support this configuration? Ideally when I go into full screen, only the app would show on both screens, and when the controls are hidden, only the two pages would show, one on each screen. When the music only has one page (or odd page at the end of the piece), only the left monitor should display the page.

If that's not possible, here is a simpler request:
Second request: Allow a mode that left aligns a two page display, rather than centers. Currently when there is only one page to show, the page is centered. This would be great on a single monitor, but spread across two monitors, the page is split down the middle.

Thank you for an awesome application, and I hope this request will improve it even further!

(note, a quick search resulted in finding the request made a couple of years ago: https://www.zubersoft.com/mobilesheets/f...-6083.html)

Any thoughts on this request?

Adding multi-monitor support through multiple application windows is on my list of things to do once time allows. I just have a very large backlog of feature requests I'm working through, so it will take time.

Thanks for the update. The second request would be simpler, but I've already reformatted all my PDFs to force a blank page on odd endings, so I don't need it any more.

Looking forward to continued improvements!

Can we get a rough estimate on this one? Like in the next 5 years maybe?

I'd really like to use this software, but I need this feature before I buy it.

It all depends on priorities. It could be 6 months, it could be a year. I'm trying to work off things I promised a long time ago first, and also things that are requested the most and would provide the most benefit to the largest number of users.

I see.

Do you have a this feature request list - sorted by the order in which you can work on them - somewhere we can see?

No, there is nothing like that at the moment. I posted some of the things I am working on at the end of the release notes here: https://www.zubersoft.com/mobilesheets/f...10293.html

If I spend time trying to constantly update a list like that, that is time that I'm not able to dedicate to customer support (which is consuming nearly 60-70% of my time right now) or working on the new features.

I know it's frustrating to have to wait, but I'm a single developer managing everything and MobileSheets has no recurring costs. Users are getting all the new features for free.

I am using a dual-screen device: an Asus Zenbook Duo.

MS generally works very well, if I expand the MS window across both screens and use 2-page mode.

There are only a couple of niggles:

1) The menus are centred on the middle of the two displays. Still perfectly usable though.
2) The page slider gets split in the gap between the two screens, so becomes difficult to slide sometimes.

A simple option to 'left-justify' or 'right-justify' the menus and page slider so that they appear on one or other of the screens might be a quick workaround until full dual-screen support is added.

Hey, can you please share how the screen looks with the 2 page monitor suggestion? I do consider buying a zenbook if it looks good on the 2 pages
