If I have two pieces that I want to merge together, currently I think the only way to do so is to:

1) export the second piece as a pdf
2) go into the first piece, edit it, go to "Files" tab, import the second piece's pdf export.

This isn't really ideal because:
1) you lose annotations and other metadata like audio files etc. (or have to embed them in the pdf so they lose their edit-ability)
2) cumbersome workflow, time consuming
3) user ends up with all these temporary pdf files to clean up later

It would be really nice if in the "Edit Piece: Files" tab, you could hit the "+" button to add a file, and in the dropdown, there is an added option "MobileSheets Piece"

If I do support merging songs, it won't be through song editor. It would involve selecting a song on the library screen, tapping the other song(s) to merge, then tapping the three dots at the top right and "Merge Songs". I would then support options for determining what information is merged (as it may be undesirable to merge metadata in some situations).

Thank you, that's probably even better than what I suggested and I had that in mind as well but thought it would be easier to add it in song editor area but happy to be wrong :-)
