I have a screen protector on mine, doesn’t seem to bother he stylus and I have the brightness down a bit so don't notice a difference anyway. I also use the night mode [Settings>display settings] , which I prefer over the dark theme [settings>library settings]. I have no idea if that would help on the glare problem.
