MobileSheetsPro doesn't connect to the pedal directly. Instead, it just listens for key commands as the pedal acts like a computer keyboard (it sends key events when you press a switch). So all you need to do is pair the pedal with the OS, then go to Settings->Touch & Pedal Settings->Pedal Actions, tap the keys field for pedal 1, tap the clear button, press a switch on your PED, and you will see a key show up. That will assign that switch to the action for pedal 1.
