Was it pretty much "plug and play"?

Although a lot of MS users have gone the Bluetooth route, it seemed to me that it merely introduced another potential problem that could screw up a gig (and you will see plenty of posts where something like that has happened, tablet not responding immediately, going to sleep, etc.).

For most users, the pedals are not going to be very far from the tablet (like from music stand to floor) and any sort of wireless link seemed a bit overkill for that.

Instead, I bought one of these - eBay item number: 231133519434. It's cheap enough and has proved to work very well (I'm still working on a practical use for the third pedal).
