I cannot reproduce exactly what you have described. If I edit a song, go to the MIDI tab in the companion app, add a pause with 0.3 seconds, it shows up as 0.3 seconds back in the song editor. However, if I edit that pause command, it does show up incorrectly (and there is a crash while editing it), so I will get that fixed.
