A lot of the music I play will have multiple pages with repeated sections going back over to the previous page, and/or back to the beginning and forward to a coda. Will a two pedal setup be able to achieve this or if not, will a four pedal setup and a future update be the way forward.

Two pedals will be fine. In fact a single pedal could be used. Check the manual out about the use of links - that's the solution to the problem.
