Sometimes I am editing a setlist and realize that I want to keep the original unchanged but have made a lot of changes already. Canceling and making a copy works, but loses all my changes. A "Save As" on the menu would allow me to save the changes under a new setlist name. Of course, there would have to be a check to see if "A setlist with that name already exists. Do you want to overwrite it?"
