One other user reported this behavior in the past, but they were using a Windows device, not Android. Are you using a bluetooth pedal? Have you changed any of the accessibility settings on the tablet? Definitely turn off any settings like "High contrast" adjustments, or anything of the sort. Are you using a stylus or just your finger?
