Both options are possible. Load your score, tap the center of the screen to bring up the song overlay, tap the circle at the bottom left and tap "Create Snippet". Enter the range of pages you want to use and check "Copy Annotations".
The second option is currently a little more tedious. You'd need to copy the song, modify the copy so that the page order only uses the pages you want, then use Share->Export Files with that copy. Then you can delete the copy after. This is really just another way of doing the first option though (using the create snippet feature). You can also just use the create snippet feature and then export the song that is created.
