You have a lot of great suggestions, but it will definitely take some time before I can address a lot of them. Version 3.10.0 is going to be focused on improvements to the annotations editor, so I'll see how many things I can address at that point. Several of your requests were already planned and on my list, but others I hadn't planned for (I haven't researched how to interact with the new Apple Pencil Pro capabilities, for example).
